Thanks for shopping at jkracinguk. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s).
To be elegible for a refund/exchange, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with labels and/or stickers still attached within 14-days of the delivery date. Please keep the receipt.
Please note that all returns are subject to a processing fee to cover non-refundable charges incurred from our payment provider. These fees are deducted from the total refund amount and are not recoverable by our business once a transaction is processed. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment for the return shipping is your responsibility and must be returned via recorded delivery.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel an order that you have order within 24 hours, please call the shop on 07966989080 to inform us whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please ensure you have an order number to hand. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
Please note that for orders where the items have already been dispatched, the cost of delivery will not be refunded.
